7 Days Safari Tsavo East, Amboseli, Nakuru and Maasai Mara

You will be picked from your hotel at 6 am, and drive on Mombasa Nairobi highway to Tsavo East National Park. This may take two hours. Before entering the park you will have a small stop over so that you freshen up for like fifteen minutes and then proceed for the check in the park. You will commence the morning game drive through the largest park, with a chance to spot herds of red elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, buffaloes, leopard, waterbucks, impalas, and different bird species. You will visit the Aruba Dam for an opportunity to see the Hippo and proceed to the Kanderi Circuit in search for animals and birds. You will arrive in your accommodation for lunch at around one. After lunch you will check-in, rest until 3pm time for the evening game drive. This will go up to 6 pm time to go back to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

You will leave Tsavo East at 7 am after breakfast and do a short game drive before commencing your journey to Amboseli. This is a 280 kms drive, you will be in Amboseli at 11 am, check in the park and begin your game drive. This will take almost two hours before going to your accommodation for check in and lunch. After lunch you will enjoy the facility until 3 pm time for the evening game drive. In this you will be able to see Mt Kilimanjaro which is the largest mountain in Africa. This will go on until 6 pm time to go back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will venture into the wild with your packed lunch. Lunch will be served in the wild while enjoying nature. On a clear day you will see the snow peak of Kilimanjaro and we have animals like the Big Five, Zebras, Giraffes, Gnu and many more. This will take you until 4 pm time to go back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast leave the camp and depart for Nakuru.  L. Nakuru is renowned for it’s large variety of world famous birds. Its possible to see other game such as Black Rhino, Waterbucks, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle in the surrounding gardens. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

After early breakfast, proceed to Masai Mara Game Reserve. This will take almost four hours. You will arrive Maasai Mara at noon and head straight to the Accommodation for check in and lunch. After lunch enjoy the spectacular view of the wildlife. After lunch venture into the wild for an evening game drive if you are lucky enjoy the famous annual wildebeest migration. After lunch go on a game drive in the rolling grassy hills until sunset in search of African wildlife. You will encounter elephants, lion, cheetah, buffalo, giraffe, African birds, hippo, crocodile, vultures, African birds of prey, wildebeest, Hyena. Dinner and overnight at the accommodation.

With your packed lunch you will venture into the wild for a full day game drive. Enjoying nature, searching for the big five and many more wildlife, lunch will be served at the Mara river banks. The more adventures ones may want to go on a balloon safari. After lunch you will continue with your game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at the accommodation.

Early morning game drive and after breakfast drive back to Nairobi. Arriving late in the afternoon, go for lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch do a small Nairobi City Tour and be transferred to the Airport for your flight to Mombasa. In Mombasa our driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.  This will be the end of the safari.

The cost of this safari will vary depending on date of travel, type of accommodation, transport mode and number of people on the safari.

Transport is in a customized 8 seater safari minibus with pop up roof. Option of a 4×4 jeep, at supplementary cost.
